My first Flash portfolio designed in 2001 — as an example of my Masters’ Thesis ‘Redefining Typography’ — was featured in many design magazines, books, design websites and winning Awards like Flashkit site of the Day/Month and an FWA. Signage and transportation are the visual metaphor, and I used video in Flash before it could do that natively (with image sequences). Maximum traffic was about a million views per day at its peak, crashing the server it was running on.
